1. No account
DeciTerra does not require or provide an account in the current version. There is no sign-in process and no DeciTerra user profile stored on a remote service.
2. Information processed on your device
The app processes the information you enter or select to create and review a decision case. This may include case names and descriptions, project or operating inputs, explicit RulePack selections, generated risk signals, matched rules, hard stops, sanity checks, suggested next actions, and responses you record.
This processing occurs locally on your device.
3. Local case storage
Decision cases and generated responses are stored in the app’s local storage on your device. The current version does not provide a DeciTerra-operated backend or cloud synchronization service.
Deleting a locally stored case removes it from the app’s local case list. Device or operating-system backups may retain copies according to your Apple and device backup settings. Deleting the app may remove its local data, subject to those normal backup behaviors.
4. No data collection or transmission
The current version does not upload or transmit your decision-case information to DeciTerra or PrismLab. Information processed only on your device is not collected by DeciTerra or PrismLab.
Apple may separately process App Store, diagnostic, or usage information under Apple’s own terms and your device settings. That Apple-controlled processing is not operated by DeciTerra or PrismLab.
5. No analytics, advertising, or tracking
The current version does not include third-party analytics services, advertising services, or tracking technologies. DeciTerra does not sell user data or track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
6. Security
DeciTerra relies on Apple platform protections and the app’s local sandbox for its on-device data store. No storage method is risk-free. Avoid entering information that you are not authorized to use or store on your device.
7. Changes to this policy
If DeciTerra’s features or data practices change, this policy will be updated before materially different collection or transmission begins. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version, and any notice or consent required by applicable law or Apple policy will be handled before the changed practice takes effect.
